Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. All defined terms apply equally in singular and plural form.

Eligibility

Access to migo88 and use of any service offered on the Platform is conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you warrant and represent that:

• You are an individual natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or automated entity.
• You are at least 21 years of age. migo88 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21. Providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent this requirement is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of a third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of migo88 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from the migo88 Platform, and you are not subject to a self-exclusion order.
• You are not acting in collusion with any other user or third party for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage on the Platform.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of the Platform — including placing wagers and processing withdrawals — you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the sign-up process. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold exactly one registered Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. migo88 employs automated detection mechanisms to identify duplicate registrations. Any accounts found to violate this rule will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. migo88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify migo88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. migo88 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the user failed to maintain adequate credential security.

3.4 KYC Verification

migo88 is required to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (copy of bank passbook, e-wallet screenshot)
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document, if requested by the compliance team

migo88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.

3.5 Account Information Updates

You are obligated to keep your Account information accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered name, address, or banking details must be submitted with supporting documentation and may require additional verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

migo88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon, OCBC NISP
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

migo88 does not currently accept credit card deposits, cryptocurrency transactions, or international wire transfers. Available payment methods may be updated periodically; the current list is always displayed within the Platform's cashier section.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10,000
• Maximum single deposit: Subject to the limits displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction
• Deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmed receipt of funds by migo88's payment processor
• migo88 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved
• Processing time for verified accounts: typically under 5 minutes for standard requests; up to 24 hours for amounts requiring additional review
• migo88 does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, your receiving institution may apply its own fees
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there are active bonus funds on the Account subject to incomplete wagering requirements
• migo88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal, particularly for large or unusual amounts

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Policy

migo88 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's terms page. Unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms
• Only wagers placed with bonus funds contribute toward wagering requirements, unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Wagers placed on certain game types (e.g., low-margin sports markets, certain table game bets) may contribute at a reduced percentage — exact contribution rates are listed per promotion
• migo88 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if abuse or manipulation of the bonus system is detected

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Each promotion is limited to one claim per eligible user, household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied
• migo88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or arbitrage wagering — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

migo88 may offer time-limited promotional campaigns tied to Indonesian cultural events and national occasions, including but not limited to Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Chinese New Year (Imlek), and major football tournaments such as the Piala AFF and FIFA World Cup qualification matches featuring Timnas Indonesia. Specific terms for each seasonal campaign will be published on the Platform at the time of the promotion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game type. migo88 publishes detailed rules for each product category within the Platform. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable rules before placing any wager. migo88's decisions on all betting disputes are final.

6.2 Sports Betting

migo88 offers pre-match and live (in-play) betting markets on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League), badminton, basketball, volleyball, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit round), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). The following conditions apply:

• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of three selections and offer enhanced odds; all selections must win for the bet to pay out
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules as published in the Platform's sports betting rules section
• migo88 reserves the right to void any wager where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or where a clear pricing error has occurred
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market type are displayed in the Platform's cashier and may be updated periodically

6.3 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on the Platform follow official draw schedules. Results are published immediately after each draw. Disputed togel results must be submitted to support within 24 hours of the draw; no claims will be entertained after this period.

6.4 Live Casino & Slots

All live casino games are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other licensed suppliers. Slot gacor (high-payout slot games) and standard slot products are sourced from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft (PG Soft), and Spribe, among others. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are available within each game's information panel. migo88 is not responsible for third-party studio outages or technical interruptions, though we will endeavor to credit affected wagers where sufficient evidence exists.

6.5 Sabung Ayam

Sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting wagering) events are live-streamed from licensed arenas. migo88 does not operate the arenas directly. In the event of a disputed outcome, the official result declared by the arena operator is final. Wagers are settled using standard Meron (favorite side) / Wala (underdog side) markets.

Responsible Gaming

migo88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of player-protection tools accessible directly from your Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Operating multiple accounts on the Platform (multi-accounting)
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of insider betting
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain without immediately reporting them to migo88
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino games, or any other competitive game format
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the Platform for any purpose connected to financial crime
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or anonymization service to circumvent geo-restrictions
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your Account
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing migo88 staff or other users in any communication channel

Intellectual Property

All content on the migo88 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, user interface designs, software, text, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of migo88 or its licensed content providers. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of migo88.

Game content, RNG software, and live streaming technology supplied by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and others) remain the intellectual property of the respective studios and are used by migo88 under valid licensing agreements.

Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by migo88's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

migo88 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to process transactions, complete KYC verification, or comply with legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, migo88 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by server downtime, third-party service failures, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations caused by third-party data feed providers, subject to migo88's right to void or correct affected wagers

Nothing in these Terms limits migo88's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

In any event, migo88's total aggregate liability to any individual user for any cause of action shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that user to their Account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting migo88 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC checks.

12.2 Termination by migo88

migo88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request
• Dormancy — Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for breach, migo88 may forfeit all Account balances (real-money and bonus) in accordance with the severity of the breach. Where termination is not attributable to user misconduct, real-money balances will be returned following verification.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which migo88 holds its international operating license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through migo88's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, as designated by migo88 at the time of the dispute.

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents migo88 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

Amendments

migo88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, migo88 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on your Account, no less than 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the effective date.
